By BJ Tomikoon I have Color Theme 1, 2, and 3, but this one is my favorite so I'm posting my review here. Really they're all great, but I just like the darker colors best. Pinblocks are a ton of fun. I had a group of friends over yesterday (we're all in our 30s and most of us engineers) and I set trays of these Pinblocks out on my table and everyone just dove in right away creating all kinds of stuff. I stumbled upon Pinblock’s Instagram page and that’s where my story began. Perfect coincidence because I was about to visit a friend who has a daughter and a son.
Prime shipping and 2 days later I got a pretty box at my doorstep.
The packaging looked impressive and I thought it would be a cool gift for the kids to explore. There’s nothing exciting left about yet another Barbie gift for the girl and a LEGO gift for the boy. If all else fails, at least it’s something new and original. [continue reading here]

We've made crowns, bridges, buildings, and more. The way you can easily put them together and then twist the angle to create things is brilliant. Amazon Customer We purchased these for our daughter for Christmas. She loves them! They were a bit smaller than I expected, but that is my fault because I didn't look at the measurement on them. It doesn't matter anyway, because she has been having a blast playing with them. She is the type of kid that normally tires of something quickly, but that has not happened with these. Tinfoot TOP 50 REVIEWER Just grab the next piece, and go. No flow-of-creation interruption (and often, frustration). They ARE rather small, though. However, the flat, narrower sizing is **very** kind to bare adult feet while laying on their side, quite unlike Legos, no matter how they lay on the deck. YOUCH!! By sauzee As a creative mind growing up, I always felt limited by the building toys out there that never really catered to true creativity.I noticed later on that there were no building-block toys out there that allowed the user to make useful, or wearable objects either. There were only putties, mold-able foams, and doughs that ever even allowed things like bracelets, or pictures to be made.
But with these Pinblocks, these glorious Pinblocks, All these shortcomings are thrown out the window.

Devin Stephens HALL OF FAMETOP 10 REVIEWER My GF and I have already started our Christmas shopping and we are trying to find toys that are fun yet educational... We saw these on YouTube and thought the idea was very interesting so we decided to grab a few boxes for one of her sisters kids that we have to get a present for and one for us to open and just inspect to make sure it would be a good gift.... He is into stuff like this and we thought this would give him a little more creativity than regular Legos.. What brought our attention to this is that it is ONE SINGLE BLOCK.. This leaves your imagination open for endless possibilities!!

Lady Lilith This set of pinblokcs are amazing. In addition to all the fun and creativity, this set offers, it also comes win an instruction booklet. Using a series of illustrations, the kids can create the creation of their choice.
The instructions are nice to follow. A few steps require the kids to stop and think about what they are doing which is nice. Kids do need a challenge from time to time. This set gives then a fun challenge they can work with.
I also like the open ended process this provides. There are no rules and very little that can get in the way of creativity.
